Cancellations and No Shows
We understand that circumstances may change, and we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness for both parties. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of $70 (subject to change.) In the event of a no-show, the full session fee will be charged.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Pet Policy
Please note that no dogs or other pets are allowed except for certified service animals that are specifically trained to aid a disabled person. Please no emotional support, companion, or therapy animals in the building.
